Last month I took down an entire plaster wall to open up a room but with that we used multiple sawzall metal blades and a oscillating multi tool for the corners with metal blades. Obviously we burned through a ton of blades. The cuts were so so but left a good amount of cracking and chipping. We were covering it up with trim so it didn't matter.
