Best chain grinder short of a Silvey 510? - Arboristsite

My brother is a city arborist and just asked me what chain sharpener I think they should buy. I have the Silvey 510 for round, but with current budgets being what they are I don't think they would go for that. Any consensus on the second best grinder?

I haven't used the Maxx, but I like the idea of reversing the chain so both left and right cutters get the same grind.
