โฮมเพจ / Grinding Wheel Operation
Grinding wheels wear unevenly under most general grinding operations due to uneven pressure applied to the face of the wheel when it cuts. Also, when the proper wheel has not been used for certain operations, the wheel may become charged with metal particles, or the abrasive grain may become dull before it is broken loose from the wheel bond.

รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมDressing Grinding Wheels. Dressing and truing grinding wheels prepare them for service and ensure proper accuracy for the grinding operation. Truing involves making the periphery of the wheel run concentric to the axis of rotation, and may require alerting the wheel by forming a special contour into its face.
รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมGrinding Machine. A grinding is metal cutting operation which is performed by means of a rotating abrasive wheel that acts as a tool.; These are mostly used to finish workpieces which must show a high surface quality, accuracy of shape and dimension. Mostly, it is finishing operation because it removes material in very small size of chips 0.25 – 0.5 mm.
รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมGrinding is machining process that's used to remove material from a workpiece via a grinding wheel. As the grinding wheel turns, it cuts material off the workpiece while creating a smooth surface texture in the process.
